Here are a few basic guidelines for foreign and Thai home buyers wishing to apply for a housing loan with Land & Houses:

We offer up to 95% credit on a housing loan for Thai nationals who are business owners or employees.
Foreigners employed in Thailand or with their own Thai registered company may be granted up to a maximum of 70% credit on a housing loan.
Foreigners with a Thai spouse who own a company registered outside Thailand may receive up to a maximum of 50% credit on a housing loan.
Foreigners who do not have a Thai spouse or a Thai registered company are not eligible to apply for a housing loan.
